Physicals Needed for Returning 2012/2013 Athletes

All returning 2012/2013 athletes will require a Physical in order to participate in any summer sport camps and/or School Athletics next season. Although physical forms are not due until the first day of school for the 2012/2013 school year, you are encouraged to get your Physical completed before school is out this year. Physicals can be done at any Care Now or your family doctor's office.

Thank You from Coach Largent...

Dear Mustang players, parents and fans,

Thank all of you for your hard work and dedication this season! The Creekview Baseball program made great strides in improving an already great baseball program. Your efforts and time have not gone un-noticed and will without a doubt pay off in the future.

2012 Creekview Baseball - GREAT JOB!

Thank You

Thur 5/3: The Creekview Mustangs began their playoff run with a Bi-District 4A playoff game against the Highland Park Scots. Tonight's playoff game was played at the QuikTrip Park, in Grand Prairie. This was a single elimination game, with the winner advancing to the next round. A pitching duel kept this playoff game low scoring, with both pitchers throwing a complete game. The game was scoreless until the bottom of the 3rd inning, when Highland Park scored a run off of a triple to the outfield. Great defensive plays and key strike outs kept the Mustangs in this close game.

Creekview "Sweeps" Smith in District Play!!

Fri 4/27/12: The Creekview Mustangs Varsity team traveled to Kelly field with one goal in mind, to WIN. They did just that, beating Smith by a score of 8-1. With this win, Creekview is now 3rd seed in District playoffs. The game was controlled defensively by Hayden Howard, who pitched another complete game. The Creekview bats were also hot tonight, with a number of players contributing multiple hits. This victory was a great way to end District 9-4A regular season play. Creekview hopes to keep the momentum going into the Playoffs!!!! GREAT JOB MUSTANGS!

Creekview Celebrates "Senior" Day!!

Creekview Seniors

Sat 4-21: Creekview baseball honored their senior players, prior to the Saturday afternoon Varsity game. Each senior player was escorted onto the field by family members. Their high school accomplishments and future plans were announced. The non-district game, against the Hebron Hawks, was the last regular season game the senior players will play on the Creekview baseball field. After the game, the seniors did their final "walk around the bases". The afternoon celebration continued with a family/team cookout.

Creekview Beats the Odds on Friday the 13th!

Alex Hits 2 Run HR

Fri 4/13: Prior to the Friday night game, the Creekview Varsity baseball team held a ceremony to honor their "Special Athletes". This seemed to boost the team's spirit and helped them to win big over Frisco Liberty. This win improved Creekview's district 9-4A record to 8-3 and solidified advancement to the playoffs . The Mustang offense was on fire with a total of 9 hits. Alex Salabarria hit a 2 run Home Run to put the Mustangs in the lead and the team never looked back. The Creekview defense was strong and had a number of great plays.
